The milestone of 200 hotels is in sight for Ennismore. With around twenty lifestyle hotels expected this year, the group created by entrepreneur Sharan Pasricha and the Accor group - its majority shareholder - will continue to grow at a steady pace, having doubled in size in just a few years. " Reaching the 200-hotel mark in just four years is a testament to the strength and appeal of our ecosystem.said Gaurav Bhushan, co-CEO of Ennismore. 2026 is a pivotal year for Ennismore as it continues to develop its global platform while remaining true to the uniqueness and creativity of each of its brands. ".
Among these creative brands, Mama Shelter will continue its global expansion this year. After making its debut in the Middle East and Asia in 2025, in Dubai and Singapore, the brand is preparing for another first in 2026: its entry into the African continent, to the south, with an establishment in the heart of Cape Town's business district. At the same time, the Mama spirit will also be felt in Mexico City, in a lively, bustling neighbourhood that reflects its image, Roma Norte.
While the brand recently announced its debut in the mountains of Val Thorens in 2027With a rooftop bar and poolside restaurant, as well as meeting spaces and private karaoke rooms, another opening will have a more leisurely feel for this urban brand, with an establishment on the shores of Lake Como.
But Ennismore is gearing up for other high points in 2026, in particular with the rebirth of the Delano Miami Beach, an iconic South Beach landmark since its opening in 1947, which will regain its position as one of the destination's key hotels. At the same time, the luxury brandalready present in Paris, is set to make its London debut at the end of the year with a 67-room and suite hotel just a stone's throw from Kensington Gardens, overlooking Hyde Park. A common thread running between these two establishments is the legendary Rose Bar, which made the Delano Miami famous, and which is now coming to London.
In other debuts with one or other of its lifestyle brands, the key player in the contemporary hotel sector will be setting up shop in three new countries. First of all, in Greece at the beginning of the year, with the addition of an establishment run by the Luura family brand on the island of Paros to the Morgans Originals collection of original independent hotels. An adult-only address on the seafront, which can be privatised.
Also in the early months of the year, India is on Ennismore's agenda, with another hotel in the Morgans Originals collection: the Roswyn in Bombay, offering 109 suites in an Art Deco building. Finally, still on the Asian continent, but in the middle of the year, a luxury resort under the Rixos brand will appear in Vietnam, in the seaside resort of Phu Quoc.
At the same time, Rixos will continue to expand around the world, in Cancún in Mexico, Hurgada in Egypt, Salalah in Oman and Murjana in Saudi Arabia. And other leisure hotels will be added to the Ennismore and Accor portfolio this year, with a Mondrian in the Maldives, the SLS The Red Sea in Saudi Arabia and the luxury Caravan Hatta by Our Habitas camp in the United Arab Emirates.
Not so far away from the destinations favoured by business travellers, the Hyde brand, born in the United States, will be exporting its contemporary hospitality to Mexico City, with a hotel on the prestigious avenue Paseo de la Reforma, but also down under, in Australia, in Perth, while taking its sense of lifestyle to Bali, with a resort facing the beach at Seminyak. To round off the year, the SO/ brand will be offering a 147-room design hotel in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
