Designed by the Morphosis agency (led by architect Thom Mayne), the Phare tower is one of the symbols of the Epad's concern for sustainability, with its wind turbines at the top and its "double-skin facade providing natural ventilation and allowing particularly efficient energy consumption", according to the developer Unibail. Delivery is scheduled for 2013.
