HRS and Concur strengthen their partnership

At a time when a significant proportion of hotel bookings are coming from outside the traditional corporate booking channels, solutions publishers are looking to enhance the accommodation offering in their solutions. As a result, HRS and Concur have announced the strengthening of their collaboration through the optimisation of the HRS offering in the ConcurTravel solution and the integration of HRS within the TripLink ecosystem. "Our expanded partnership with HRS allows us to deliver higher quality content within Concur Travel and a fully integrated, direct booking system through Concur TripLink," said Tim MacDonald, Executive Vice President of Travel for Concur. "For our corporate customers, these developments will mean lower direct and indirect costs and improved processes," said Tobias Ragge, CEO of HRS.

Through this alliance, HRS' hotel offering and range of services, including payment solutions, are available via the Concur Travel solution. This extended partnership promises optimised content, simpler and more efficient processes and optimal data synchronisation. "We are delighted to welcome HRS as a TripLink partner. Thanks to this new integration, bookings made directly on HRS will be visible in real time," explains Paul Ponçon, Business Development Director at Concur France.
