After its first appearance in New York in the Lower East Side, the boutique brand Hotel Indigo has extended its offer in the American metropolis. This time, the IHG Group brand has moved closer to business, in the Wall Street district. In the heart of New York's Financial DistrictWith its contemporary interiors designed by Gene Kaufman Architect, this 127-room hotel recalls the atmosphere of this historic district dedicated to trade and commerce: gold and leather, a vintage teletype machine, and oyster shell motifs above the headboards, reminiscent of the time when the district's merchants opened them for visiting stockbrokers and politicians.
As for the hotel's services, Hotel Indigo NYC Downtown - Wall Street has a restaurant on the ground floor that plays on New York classics, called Buttonwood, after the tree under which the agreement giving birth to New York's famous stock exchange was signed. At the very top of the hotel, on the 25th floor, travellers can relax over a cocktail while contemplating the lights of the city at the Highwater Rooftop.
Another horizon, that of the Middle East, but still in a business district, that of West Bay in DohaThe IHG group has applied its voco brand to a long-stay establishment that was once a Frasers Suites, before being managed by the Rabban Hospitality group. Recently transformed and redesigned before entering the voco fold, the establishment is nestled in a 46-storey tower and offers 396 keys. It is organised into a selection of studios and suites with one, two or three bedrooms, all with kitchenetteThe hotel also offers a range of luxury amenities, such as bedding made from 100 % recycled materials, organic toiletries and smart TV. Guests in the suites will be able to take advantage of a concierge service, or even arrive at the hotel by air, as the hotel has its own heliport.
Just a few minutes from the exhibition and convention centre and the diplomatic and financial centre of the Qatari capitalThe voco Doha West Bay Suites, which is also right next to the Lycée Français, welcomes business meetings in its five meeting rooms. Guests will also find several bars and restaurants, including a Sky Lounge on the 35th floor, and can enjoy wellness facilities including an outdoor swimming pool, spa and gym.
