Louvre Hotels is tripling its stake in Africa. The hotel group has announced the creation of a complex in Casablanca. It will open in September and will include 124 Première Classe rooms, 189 keys for the Campanile establishment and 98 rooms under the Kyriad banner. This 2,300 m² facility will bring together three of the group's brands in a single location, close to the various railway stations in the Moroccan economic capital. The Campanile hotel will offer dedicated work areas, communal spaces and a restaurant-bar open to outside guests, while the Kyriad will feature studios designed for longer stays.
Building a multi-brand network in Africa
" This new complex is in line with our ambition to weave a broad, multi-brand network across all the political and economic capitals of the continent. Africa represents a fast-growing market, driven by domestic demand and the emergence of a middle class, but also by the strengthening of economic relations between its various countries and other regions of the planet. "This is what Andreas Tscherning, Managing Director of International Operations at Louvre Hotels, has established. The Group's strategy is also reflected in the 20 hotel projects which will be added to the 26 establishments already open.
