Marseille: AC Marriott moves to the foot of the Velodrome

In January 2016, the Marriott group will open the AC Marriott Stade Vélodrome hotel in Marseille, just a few months before the Euro football tournament, which will put the stadium in the spotlight.

The AC Marriott Stade Vélodrome hotel, due to open in January, will have 126 rooms (including 9 junior suites). The four-star establishment is counting on the expected peak in visitor numbers around the famous stadium in Marseille during Euro 2016. In the longer term, the hotel group also has high hopes for the business travel market, thanks to its proximity to the Palais des Congrès et des Expositions Chanot.
