New seats for Japan Airlines

Japan Airlines is looking after the comfort of its business travellers by installing new seats on its Boeing aircraft from the start of 2013 on departure from London.

From January 2013, European business travellers will be able to try out the new seats developed by Japan Airlines on the London-Tokyo route. The new features - which will include more legroom and larger screens - will be available in all classes on board the B777-300ER aircraft. It is not yet known when the Paris-Tokyo route will benefit from the new seats, but the airline is planning a gradual installation on other North American and European routes. Other improvements are planned in terms of on-board service, notably in terms of catering with the collaboration of four top Japanese chefs.
