The result of assembling two boat hulls, Off Paris Seine will offer 58 rooms, including four suites. To take advantage of the river atmosphere, the hotel is extending a lounge with panoramic views around a 10-metre-long swimming pool. Moored on the Charles de Gaulle bridge, between the Gare de Lyon and Gare d'Austerlitz, Off Paris Seine will feature a quayside terrace that will liven up the port in season. This innovative project was brought to life by a number of players, including Citysurfing for the design, Seine Design, a specialist in floating engineering, and Maurizio Galante and Tal Lancman for the interior architecture. Management of the establishment has been entrusted to the Elégancia group, which has created a number of trendy boutique hotels in Paris.
