As a result of this new partnership, the Voyage Innovation Service Affaires (VISA) product has already attracted more than 200 very small companies (VSEs) and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the space of six months. These first agreements represent a gain of 15M? in overall business volume for the new agencies under the Havas Voyages by Carlson Wagonlit Travel banner. With VISA, these agencies, and eventually all 500 Havas Voyages agencies in France, will have a Corner Pros to welcome corporate clients and offer them tailor-made advice. "VISA offers a comprehensive range of services that are easy for companies to adopt," says Nathalie El Hamdania, head of the Havas Voyage by CWT agency in Paris. She adds: "This new concept allows us to reach out to corporate clients who didn't know that we could also be specialists in business travel".
To meet the expectations of each company, every new VISA contract signed is followed by a diagnosis of the business travel carried out by the company, the first step in setting up a travel policy tailored to these very small businesses. Advantages for the company: the package includes access to fares negotiated by CWT, a guarantee of substantial savings, and the provision of an online booking tool (SBT) with Havas Voyages Connect, enabling employees to easily manage their travel budget. In the event of a problem with a booking, VSEs and SMEs will be able to contact a salesperson on the network's reservation platform. Customers can also add options such as insurance to give them peace of mind when travelling.
