At 11am this morning, the strike participation rate was 22.9% for all SNCF staff. The railway company points out that "This participation rate is not an estimate, but the actual count based on the number of people on duty at all the company's entities: the data is compiled by the administrative offices of the establishments". SNCF adds, "This calculation method has been consistent for ten years. The counting process is certified by an external body".
