Thalys introduces free Wi-Fi

Thalys extends free wi-fi access to Comfort 2 class (DR)
Thalys introduces free Wi-Fi

Free, widespread, accelerated and secure: the new Wi-Fi developed by Thalys over the last few days is sure to appeal to the many business travellers who board the rail company's red carriages throughout the year. Passengers in Comfort 2 class now benefit from free connectivity, just like Comfort 1 business travellers.

Note that the old WiFi identifiers are no longer valid on the new platform: travellers must therefore create a new account or, for Thalys TheCard members, simply enter the TheCard number and password.

This secure Internet connection (https) also benefits from increased bandwidth, which should help to improve web browsing for business travellers.
