"The Paris-Moscow route (...) has been hit hard by the Ukrainian crisis. This situation, which is untenable for the airline, has led us to take the decision to suspend this service; a decision which will be effective from 26 October": these were the words of Cédric Pastour, Chairman and CEO of Aigle Azur, as he made official the airline's decision, on the sidelines of the presentation of the results for the 2013/14 financial year. These results were marked by a fall in turnover (-2.91TP3Q to 327 million euros), while the carrier's losses fell by more than 2 million euros. Aigle Azur nevertheless reiterates that it will remain present on the Paris Orly Sud-Moscow Vnukovo route, as part of its partnership with the Russian airline Transaero.
