Aéroport Marseille Provence launches paperless reservations for its services

Marseille Provence Airport is the first airport in France to offer its customers a simplified travel experience by integrating reservations for car parks, VIP lounges and VIP access into the wallet application.

The application offers many exclusive advantages such as automatic routing to a reserved car park or special offers.

According to airport management, almost 70% of purchases in France are made on a mobile phone. The airport is now allowing passengers to complete the purchase process on their mobile phone by offering an end-to-end paperless service.

This innovation represents a further step towards digitalisation and personalisation of the passenger journeywhich will eventually accompany passengers throughout their journey. With the addition of the wallet, passengers can enjoy a whole range of advantages:

- It's easier to find your access cards on your wallet application without having to download a new application;
- A reminder of booking details two hours before the car park entry time;
- Access to automatic directions via Waze or Google Maps to the reserved car park;
- Confirmation of your departure terminal;
- Exclusive special offers in airport shops;
- Discounts for future purchases on AMP Store.

Every passenger booking a car park, a ticket or access to the VIP lounge on the platform's e-commerce site, AMP Storewill be able to benefit from this service, which has been available since the beginning of this week.

After booking, passengers will be able to add their pass to their wallet application using the "Add to my mobile" button on the order confirmation page. Their pass and the associated benefits will then be immediately available on their wallet application.
