Providing an ad hoc response to the sector's new needs: this is the credo of the IMEX Frankfurt event, to which business travel and MICE professionals will be converging from 14 May. IMEX Frankfurt 2024 is already shaping up to be the event of the spring, with exhibitors from all over the world, conferences addressing the most topical issues and unprecedented networking opportunities.
While the show already boasts a overall satisfaction among the highest in the sector, a number of new features will be on offer this year, including themed guided tours and targeted round tables with speakers who are not afraid to tackle difficult subjects. At the same time, event professionals will be able to follow a programme of professional and personal development through more than 150 learning sessions exploring seven avenues, all leading to a more positive impact from events.
" The show will focus on business opportunities and offer event professionals the chance toexpand their network of contacts worldwide. A visit to IMEX Frankfurt will be an efficient and enjoyable experience from start to finish, enabling the organisers to optimise the results expected."explains Carina Bauer, CEO of IMEX. Several meetings with buyers and suppliers across Europe and beyond have enabled the show organisers to identify their resource and budget constraints, which are forcing them to manage their expenditure of money, time and energy more finely than ever before. " In organising IMEX Frankfurt, we took a close look at what participants want and why they want it." continues Carina Bauer.
Among all the suppliers that visitors will be able to meet, a solid list of destinations, particularly in Asia Singapore, Korea, Malaysia and Macau will all be present at the show, in addition to a wide range of European countries including Croatia, Ireland, Switzerland and the Scandinavian countries. At the same time, a number of hotel groups will be taking part in the event, including Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Marriott and Radisson, as well as, for the first time, Langham Hotels. In terms of technology and events, Cvent will have a larger venue to welcome visiting customers, while the show will also feature newcomers such as TranslateABLE.
