There's no longer any need to put pen to paper to express your dissatisfaction with SNCF, after a business trip has turned into a headache. Since 20 September, the company's ombudsman has been on the Internet, offering an online service. Cases can now be sent directly via sncf.com. Simpler and, above all, quicker, the new approach should enable disputes between SNCF and its passengers to be dealt with more quickly, with an average time saving of one week according to the company's forecasts, for an average processing time of less than 50 days.
