Dubbed Spaces Cambacérès – La Halle Nova, the site is located at 50 Lady Ada Lovelace Street. It features 103 private offices, 8 coworking spaces, and 4 meeting rooms. Private terraces are also available to all customers. Furthermore, the «Design Your Own Office» service allows companies to customize their space according to their needs.

This is the second Spaces in the city. The brand had made its debut in Occitanie at the end of 2023 in the eco-neighborhood République, with 97 offices and 29 meeting rooms. The new site targets established companies as well as start-ups.

A location oriented towards business travelers

The Cambacérès neighborhood is located near the France Montpellier Sud train station, which is served by the TGV, as well as the airport and the main road axes. The Odysseum shopping center and several daily services complete the environment. « Spaces Cambacérès – La Halle Nova fits perfectly into our continued development in France and strengthens our presence in Montpellier, a particularly dynamic market »", declares Jean-Christophe Bugeon, Country Manager of IWG France.

A network of more than 6,000 sites

This opening follows a record first half year for IWG, the parent company of Regus, Spaces, HQ and Signature. The group signed 728 new sites worldwide during this period. Its network now exceeds 6,000 signed sites in more than 120 countries. Its growth is based on a low-capitalist model: 95 % of the sites are developed through management partnership agreements with the owners. Finally, members access the entire network via the IWG app, a valuable asset for employees on the go.

This new site strengthens a city that the group ranks first in its rankings. In its Work from Anywhere 2026 ranking, IWG ranks Montpellier 16th in the world for destinations suitable for remote work. The city thus beats Paris (33rd) and Biarritz (40th), the other two French cities in the Top 50.
