The new meeting room launched by Novotel has a minimum surface area of 50 sq. m. and features different types of organisation - "classroom", "crab claws", individual tablets - designed to enhance the effectiveness of the meeting. It also uses new technological tools, in particular a touch-sensitive control panel centralising the room's functions, as well as ergonomic furniture to enhance comfort and facilitate exchanges between participants. Already installed in Novotel establishments at the two Paris airports, Orly and Roissy, as well as at the Rueil Malmaison, Evry, Strasbourg and Metz sites, the new concept is set to be extended to all French hotels as well as internationally. "This new meeting room breaks with traditional codes and contributes to offering unique experiences within our establishments," sums up Gwenaël Le Houerou, General Manager of Novotel France.
