HCorpo and American Express Cartes et Solutions Corporate have just signed a partnership agreement that will enable the two business travel specialists to offer a new centralised solution for the payment of hotel expenses: a Lodged Account that enables companies and their business travellers to improve the management of hotel expenses that are still too often characterised by their lack of clarity, while simplifying the procedures for the travelling professional.
In practical terms, the escrow account created in the company's name is integrated into the HCorpo billing system, enabling all services to be covered. At the end of each month, a consolidated statement of expenditure is provided by American Express. Reservation, invoicing, payment and reporting: the tool developed jointly by HCorpo American Express Cartes and Solutions Corporate covers and centralises the various aspects of the hotel sector, and provides the company with detailed data to optimise expense management. For their part, business travellers benefit from the simplicity of the payment solution, from the booking stage on HCorpo right through to hotel check-out, with the entire process handled by the hotel platform. All this is backed up by the expertise of the two business travel specialists, and by HCorpo's vast catalogue of some 200,000 hotels.
