The Accor Club goes mobile with Passbook

The Accor group's loyalty programme, Le Club, is going mobile by integrating with the "FidMe" and "Passbook" applications. Business travellers can now centralise their customer information on their smartphone, which becomes their new loyalty card.

It's in tune with the times: to meet the expectations of business travellers who are now inseparable from their smartphones, Accor is adapting its loyalty programme and going paperless. The hotel group is announcing the arrival of the Le Club Accorhotels programme on the "FidMe" and "Passbook" mobile applications. "Once they have installed these applications on their mobile and entered their card number, members of the Le Club Accorhotels programme will be able to store their card on their mobile and present it when they arrive at the hotel", says Accor, warning: "This dematerialisation of the Le Club Accorhotels loyalty card is the first step towards greater digitalisation of the programme".
