Iberia's new flights to Santo Domingo will start operating on 1 September, with five services a week. This route is one of the five new services announced on 8 April by the Spanish carrier, which has also just set course for Stockholm. The Swedish capital will even be served daily from September 1, while Istanbul will welcome Iberia aircraft from June 20. A few days later, it will be Amsterdam's turn to benefit from two daily services on 1 July, and even a third flight every day from September. Athens, for its part, has been removed from the category of seasonal destinations and will now be connected all year round. Business destinations such as Chicago, Panama and Tel Aviv will also soon benefit from an increased flight schedule.
