MorningCroissant sees double in 2016

With a doubling of the workforce and a minimum doubling of our business, MorningCroissant has set itself ambitious goals for 2016, after a very fast-paced 2015.
MorningCroissant plans to double its business in 2016

Almost five years after its launch, MorningCroissant is continuing on the same path as other "new entrants" to the business travel market. The furnished-rental website has gradually turned its attention to business travellers, offering accommodation from property groups at negotiated prices. As a result, it posted a growth rate of 350 % in 2015...

Building on this momentum, MorningCroissant's managers are now looking to expand their teams to meet the challenges of 2016. The company plans to double its workforce to 20 employees by the end of the year. The roadmap has already been unveiled: priority is being given to international development, to attract users in Spain, Italy, Belgium and the UK in particular. MorningCroissant also intends to focus on medium-term rentals - from one month to one year - which currently account for 20% of its business. Finally, technology is also one of MorningCroissant's good resolutions for 2016: it is turning to virtual visits to give users a better view of the flats they are considering renting.

"It's customers who invent their uses, not companies that impose their standards," he says. Alix Tafflé, Chairman and co-founder of MorningCroissant.fr. "With the evolution of the tourism market and the demands of our customers, we have tried to approach the customer in an innovative way. The experience we have acquired in collaborative tourism, coupled with our history of privileged relationships with the major players in the tourism world, gives us the expertise we need to export our model to other countries," he adds.
