Marriott: two start-ups selected for the TestBED programme

Marriott has shortlisted eight start-ups to join the TestBED European acceleration programme. Two French solutions are on the list.

Some 150 start-ups from 24 countries applying for TestBED programmeonly eight. The hotelier's selection Marriottwhich aims to contribute to the development of tomorrow's technological solutions, has delivered its verdict. And the made in France is in the spotlight as two French start-ups were spotted by the jury.

The first of them, "My Brain Technologiescreated the solution "Melomind a helmet frommental training aimed at combat stress to which business travellers are exposed, using neuroscience. The other French representative is "New'ee. This time it's a wireless tool designed to turn hotel room furniture into speakers.

The 8 shortlisted start-ups will defend their solutions at London on 22 and 23 August with the aim of testing their products in one of the Marriott establishments in Europe.
