AccorHotels has entered into a partnership with Cvent, the market leader in corporate event management, to deploy its Passkey web-based solution for managing event accommodation. Used by numerous establishments in the United States and Europe, including the Dolce Chantilly, this solution provides organisers with a mini-site dedicated to their events.
Using this free website, meeting planners can easily manage the rooming list and monitor the volume of bookings thanks to detailed reports. For their part, participants will have access to a simple and intuitive interface for booking their accommodation. This simplifies the process, not to mention the fact that all the information on a given event - airport transfers, conference schedule, calendar of activities - can be found on this site, promoting better communication before and during the event.
The Passkey solution will initially be available in around a hundred hotels worldwide, before being extended to all the group's large hotels with a high MICE activity. This means a total of almost 300 establishments, ranging from top-of-the-range hotels such as Pullman and Fairmont to mid-range hotels such as Novotel and Ibis budget hotels.
