
Iberia has teamed up with specialist Inflight VR to offer business travellers a a new in-flight entertainment experiencebased on virtual reality and content 3D. The airline's passengers will be able to rent aircraft on board. Pico the second generation, giving access to three-dimensional content through games, films, travelogues and documentaries.
Two routes are concerned: the two daily flights Madrid–New York operated by Iberia with Airbus A350-900s, and the daily service Madrid-Tel Avivwhich will be operated by Airbus A330-200. At the end of this test phase - which will last six months - Iberia may decide to launch a new service.extend this service to other medium- and long-haul routes.
