What types of meetings can the Domaine d'Andeols cater for?
Stefan Fraenkel - It is an ancient hamlet in the heart of the LuberonThe houses have gradually been transformed into 19 houses and suites. Set in the heart of nature, on some thirty hectares of land, the site lends itself to a wide range of activities. small seminarswhen participants need to disconnect and concentrate. What sets us apart is that we incorporate into our programmes a section on the art of entertaining. While most companies are in the service business, we help to move the reception codes which participants can then transfer to their working environment. Protocol, emotion, understanding different cultures, luxury: customer relations are important for developing sales.
Art, in collaboration with the Kamel Mennour gallery, and well-being, with yoga classes: why are these two areas included in your seminars?
Stefan Fraenkel - Through art, the subliminal idea is to encourage participants to take a critical look at aesthetics. The place, the way things are staged, all this provokes a feeling. So how can we act on this feeling? Groups also need to feel good, in relation to performance. Morning yoga helps you to de-stress, it puts you in the right condition to be more effective and relevant in your analyses. This is especially important if the meeting that follows is highly technical.
Do you have any other initiatives in place?
Stefan Fraenkel - Recently, at a small seminar, I introduced a new way of doing things with meetings on the move. Walking stimulates exchange and enables people to discuss things differently than when sitting at a table or in a meeting room. The physical effort and the natural surroundings encourage a freer exchange of ideas than would be possible in a closed environment.
