Saint-Malo is determined to make a name for itself on the French MICE scene, with the aim of bringing together no less than 100,000 participants by the end of next year. This is the background to the ambitious renovation of the Palais des Congrès. Completely restyled and enlarged, "Le Grand Large now boasts a new 405 m² Rotunda - the third in the building - with its own 150 m² terrace.
The Palais des Congrès, which covers an area of 8 000 m²It also has an auditorium (1,030 seats) and an amphitheatre (200 seats), as well as no fewer than 19 sub-committee rooms with natural daylight and, in most cases, sea views. The former casino, transformed into the Palais des Congrès in 1983, now boasts a capacity of a thousand people in exhibition format.
