Oppo's new premium smartphone, the Find X2 Pro, is scheduled for release in May

After its introduction almost two years ago on the French market with - already - a model of premium smartphone, Oppo unveils its new flagship, which will go on sale in next May. Like the previous Find model, the Oppo Find X2 Pro is banking on a meticulous design, centred on a virtually edge-free screen, while bringing together the latest technologies typical of new top-of-the-range smartphones. Above all, the Chinese manufacturer is proud to be approved by Google while his powerful rival and compatriot, Huaweiis still blacklisted by American society. Illustrating the principle of designer Mies van der Rohe, " less is more" This new handset focuses on the essentials, with optimum functionality. First and foremost, it boasts a 6.7-inch screen that is virtually edge-to-edge, covering 93.1 % of the surface area. The aim? To offer a total immersion in the image with a high-definition OLED panel that supports over a billion colours. The precise colour rendition is, it's true, quite stunning without being saturated. Images are displayed at a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a sampling frequency of 240 HZ. Clearly, this ensures a smooth video display and a responsiveness which will satisfy fans of movie breaks on smartphones, especially as broadcasting will be made easier in very high-speed. The Oppo Find X2 Pro is in fact 5G compatible In any case, we'll have to wait until the end of the year in France before we can actually take advantage of it. For the time being, though, this smartphone is HDR 10+ certified, so you can already take full advantage of video content thanks to a dual stereo speaker with Dolby sound.

When it comes to photography, there's no need for the armada of superfluous sensors that is the current trend among manufacturers, at the cost of weighing down the smartphone. Here too, Oppo goes for the essentials: the vertical module on the rear. three camerasThese include a 48MP wide-angle main lens, a 13MP periscopic telephoto lens for 10x hybrid zoom, and a 48MP ultra-wide-angle lens. The side expert of the camera is also supported by the ability to capture scenes in Raw format, not to mention an Ultra Night mode for successful low-light shots thanks to the integration of a dedicated Sony sensor. All this is accompanied by the possibility of film in 4K format. A camera on the front ensures facial recognitionLike its predecessor, the handset is supplied in artificial intelligence even if the brand insists more on the safety of the fingerprint reader accessible below the screen. On the other hand, there is a particular and relevant feature in terms of confidentiality for any travelling executive, namely a function that allows the use of traditional applications without the latter being able to access the user's data.

Much more than the safety aspect, it's the fast charging system which is being promoted by the Chinese manufacturer. The Find X2 Pro will feature the fastest charging on current smartphones using Oppo's own technology. The result is 100% of guaranteed autonomy after 38 minutes charge time. Enough to pique the interest of business travellers!
Good design is all about ergonomics and optimum functionality, but it's also about the right choice of materials. The Find X2 Pro respects these principles, with a slightly curved handset that's easy to hold and pleasant to the touch, especially the orange version in vegetable leather. splash-proof and dust as well as the black ceramic model. It also ensures less eye strain with the reduction of the famous blue light and automatic adjustment to ambient light levels. In fineThis new handset offers all the essentials you'd expect from a top-of-the-range smartphone, with unrivalled connectivity, crystal-clear images, meticulous design and ultra-fast charging.
