Air France launches its concierge services for all

From 11 June 2024, Air France will be offering new concierge services at Paris-Charles de Gaulle to welcome and assist its customers at every stage of their journey through the airport.

The Air France concierge service is not a new service, as it already exists for first-class passengers or on VIP request. But the big news is its extension to all passengers, whatever their class of travel. From 11 June, the offers will be available for all bookings of flights operated by Air France. This service is also valid for code-share flights operated by a partner airline.

Air France Conciergerie offers its customers travelling in Economy, Premium Economy and Business cabins a range of optional services, for a smooth and stress-free airport experience. The concierge option applies to departing, connecting and arriving flights.

A service that comes at a price...

When a flight departs, customers can take advantage of a complete package. It includes a private transfer to the airport, albeit within a 40 km radius, a welcome in the departure hall, and baggage collection and transfer to a dedicated check-in counter. Staff will then accompany the passenger through the airport. priority airport lanes to the check-in gate. Or to the lounge for eligible customers, whether business class passengers or those with premium status within the Flying Blue programme, or travellers who have purchased a lounge option.

On arrival of a flight, a concierge to welcome guests at the aircraft door and will accompany them through the airport's priority route. Once their luggage has been collected, they will be accompanied to the vehicle dedicated to their private transfer. Last but not least, during correspondenceFor eligible customers, the concierge service will provide a welcome and escort from the connecting flight bridge to the lounge, and then to the boarding gate of the next flight, with access to the airport's priority lanes.

However, this particular service is far from cheap. For one passenger, it costs 300 euros for a connecting flight. Or even 400 for both the start and finish. However, for each additional passenger in the same group, the charge is €50. This applies to up to four people. Beyond that number, a group package is offered. Air France also offers payment with Flying Blue Miles.
