AirBaltic launches mobile check-in

Business travellers can now take advantage of a new mobile check-in service launched by airBaltic on 13 June.

AirBaltic is also going mobile, with a mobile check-in service available in Paris and Nice for the French market, as well as in Riga, Budapest, Dusseldorf, Helsinki, London and Moscow. The service is available from any smartphone via the mobile version of the airline's website, or from the iPhone and iPad applications. Passengers can check in from midday (local time) up to 90 minutes before departure, saving precious time at the airport: "if all passengers used mobile check-in on all our flights, they would save more than 100 million minutes a year", says Michael Grimme, Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing at airBaltic.
