Concur is weaving its web in the business travel market by developing its network of partnerships to meet the new needs of business travellers both globally and locally. A strategy recently illustrated by agreements with Airbnb and Uber, and is now being extended with Taxis G7. "Our partnership with Taxis G7 perfectly illustrates the value of the Concur platform," said Pierre Emmanuel Tétaz, Vice President of Concur. "Together, we offer business travellers all the flexibility they are looking for and we enable companies to have visibility over their expenses via a connected, easy-to-use and totally transparent service. The specialist in business travel and expense management solutions has just formalised a strategic partnership with Europe's leading taxi operator. Business travellers can now connect their Concur account to the eCab application to book their taxi and receive their e-bills directly into their Concur account. From the end of October, users will be able to do the same with their Taxis G7 account to synchronise their bookings and manage their expenses. Finally, in a few months' time, Concur customers will be able to connect to the Travel web platform to book all their fixed-price transfers in advance, particularly for journeys to and from airports. "Business travellers are looking for solutions that are easy to use and accessible anytime, anywhere," says Serge Metz, Chairman of Taxis G7. "At the same time, companies need precise visibility of the expenses incurred by their employees. We're delighted to be working with Concur to provide a solution to these two issues, by offering VIP services that cover the entire process from booking to travel, including expense management.
