But above all, because the hotel now bears a new name: Aiden Hotel by Best Western @ Paris Roissy CDG.
The hotel's move upmarket has been accompanied by its conversion to the new mid-range lifestyle boutique-hotel brand launched by Best Western in autumn 2018. Bohemian accents, designers displaying their latest creations in the lobby like a concept store, the presence of a coworking space for mobile workers: this new Aiden by Best Western incorporates the characteristic elements of contemporary hotels.
This airport hotel also offers services tailored to business travellers, with a shuttle service to Paris CDG - at a cost of €6 - and an express breakfast service for those in a hurry. In addition to a bar and restaurant, the hotel also offers a seminar service with turnkey packages.
With this transformation, Best Western is continuing to develop its Aiden brand in France by offering it a fourth address, following those already opened in Clermont-Ferrand, Lorient and Margny-Les-Compiègne. At the same time, the American group's French network is also promoting the growth of another recent brand, Sure Hotel. Positioned in the budget segment, with comfortable and functional hotels at the best price, Sure Hotel by Best Western has just opened a new hotel in Beaune, adding to a portfolio of around twenty hotels in France.
Already present in Paris - near Gare du Nord - at Biarritz airport, and also in Bordeaux Lac, Calais, Reims and Nantes, Best Western's budget brand is expanding into Burgundy with a renovated 48-room hotel in the historic centre of Beaune, close to the famous Hospices and a 10-minute walk from Beaune TER station.
