Châteauform' is reaffirming its humanist and committed nature by officially becoming a "mission-driven company". Established in 2019 by the PACTE law (Plan d'Action pour la Croissance et la Transformation des Entreprises - Action Plan for Business Growth and Transformation), this status recognises the social and environmental mission of a company, a "company with a mission". raison d'être "This is why the European leader in seminars and training has adopted new company articles of association. As a result, Europe's leading seminar and training provider has adopted a new corporate constitution. A development that had been in the pipeline for some time, Daniel Abittan explained back in January 2021 that a company should have " above all social utility, rather than maximising profits" .
The articles of association of Châteauform' establishes a raison d'être based on three elements, starting with its humanist model. With a desire to put people at the heart of the company, Châteauform' cultivates this model through the diversity of its teams, a management style in which values, not rules, take precedence, and a sense of fulfilment at work stemming from taking initiative and empowerment. All of this is summed up by a belief that goes hand in hand with hosting business events: " happy talents make happy customers ".
Growing and helping others to grow
Châteauform' is keen to continue the work it has begun in-house outside the company and intends to " inspiring our customers as much as they inspire us" . This is another pillar of its raison d'être, reflected last year in a new brand tagline: "Reveal your talents". It sees itself as a showcase for the humanist business model, Châteauform' aims to be an influencers by sharing its leadership methods and programmes with its customers. It's a way of inviting these companies to put people at the heart of everything they do.
"Thanks to these new articles of association, we will be able to continue to implement our commitments, while
working day by day for a better society"said Benjamin Abittan, Managing Director of Châteauform'. An ambition that naturally also includes environmental, social and community initiatives.
The third aspect cemented by the transformation into a company with a mission, Châteauform' aims to " creating encounters that respect people, places and living things" . This commitment will begin in 2019 with the unveiling of the ReSpEct philosophyThis will be followed by the group's ISO 20121 certification in 2020, and now by the development of market garden farms and the roll-out of LEAD (Label Evénement à Ambition Durable) labelled events, notably at the Châteauform' Metropolitan in Paris. More generally, the Group is aiming for Zero Waste, Zero Net Carbon events with a positive social impact.
