Transfer of experience, networking, mentoring: CreateTalent takes a practical and professional approach to training future leaders in the business travel market, with a view to ensuring the future of the sector. The stated aim is to "help the next generation of young talent in the travel industry to meet the professional world and develop their network", as well as to "provide a platform for academic institutions and companies to attract and retain the most talented people and help develop skills for the future". To this end, CreateTalent can rely on the experience of recognised professionals in the profession, 'mentors' who work in the same field of interest as the student they are responsible for supervising for six months, to facilitate the transfer of experience. The project has already been joined by leading academic institutions in Switzerland, Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands, and has won the support of numerous industry representatives, including Voyages d'Affaires, the AFTM and ACTE for the international sector: all guarantees of the legitimacy of the CreateTalent project.
