It's impossible to ignore the fact that Jakarta is now a major business destination. With its staggering growth rate and growing middle class, the Indonesian capital is undergoing a major transformation. In the next few years, Soekarno-Hatta international airport will have a new runway, a new terminal and an express train to link it to the city centre. Under this positive influence, trendy restaurants and bars, art galleries and designer boutiques are springing up all over the place in up-and-coming districts.
