As 2011 draws to a close, Sydney Airport is already showing off its good resolutions, with the launch of a new application available free of charge from 22 December. Business travellers can now consult flight information in real time, find the right check-in counter, or find out about the means of transport available to and from the airport. A push alert system is also available to keep you informed when a flight lands. Sydney airport is taking the digital turn, albeit belatedly, and is taking the opportunity to launch its Facebook page, encouraging travellers to "like" the Australian platform.
