Eastern Airways bets on France-Great Britain traffic

Eastern Airways will be stepping up its flights from Nantes and Rennes to the UK this spring.

The regional carrier Eastern Airways has just announced an increase in its routes between France and the United Kingdom from Nantes and Rennes. The carrier has taken over former Flybe routes between Southampton and Western France.

Eastern Airways currently offers a flight every Monday between Southampton and Nantes. The airline also offers a service every Tuesday between Southampton and Rennes. From 29 April, it will offer three times a week on each route. The flights would be operated by a 72-seat ATR.

From Southampton, the carrier also offers flights to Belfast City, Dublin, Leeds-Bradford, Manchester and Teesside. An Executive lounge is available to full-fare passengers at the hub. The airline has announced that it will be opening other routes in the coming months...
