Enterprise Rent-A-Car's new mobile application is now available available free on iOS and Android on the French market. Its interface, with a dashboard in " quick start "The aim is to anticipate users' needs, by analysing their search and booking history to better guide them through the range of mobile services available. Among the various functions integrated into the new tool, the mobile booking was attracting the attention of business customers, who are now enjoying greater flexibility on business trips.
"Our customers rightly expect exceptional service from our branches, but they also increasingly want to be able to book and view their rentals easily from a mobile phone, wherever they are," says James Ware, Managing Director of Enterprise Rent-A-Car France. "This new application gives users instant access to everything they need to make sure their rental goes smoothly," he adds. Once a vehicle has been booked, travellers can also track and modify their orderbut also consult an itinerary to the Enterprise agency of their choice, or contact assistance in case of need. The Enterprise application also enables business travellers to connect to their Enterprise Plus loyalty programme to simplify bookings and collect points. Users can then check their points balance, or find out about the benefits of the loyalty programme.
