SNCF will no longer be offering total flexibility on its tickets at the beginning of November, but at the beginning of January.

The resurgence of the covid-19 epidemic is heightening uncertainty among travellers in France. As a result, SNCF has again decided to extend the end date for ticket flexibility. Originally scheduled to end in November, this flexibility is now valid until 4 January 2021. All INOUI, Intercités and TER tickets (connecting with a mainline train) are exchangeable or refundable, whatever the fare. For OUIGO trains, a credit note is offered.
