L'Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a key element of the company's strategy Air Canadawhich has launched a series of initiatives aimed at shaping the future of the services it provides to more than 50 million passengers every year.

"Mega-data and AI are now an integral part of our businesssaid Calin RovinescuPresident of Air Canada. La preventive maintenance of our latest-generation equipment, such as the 787 Dreamliner from Boeing, is an example where AI helps us to anticipate, among other things, the failure of components even before they are damaged. Our new loyalty programme will also make use of the data we have on our most loyal travellers. By refining their flight preferences, this will enable us to combine customer relationship management and loyalty technology."
