IFTM Top Resa: time to take stock

The organisers of the 2015 show, which took place in Hall 1 at Porte de Versailles, have drawn a positive balance sheet.

Mission accomplished! In the run-up to the 37th IFTM Top ResaThomas Desplanques, Director of the Tourism Division at Reed Expositions France, had set himself a target: to break the symbolic barrier of 30,000 visitors. This has now been achieved, according to the results recently published by the show's organisers. In total, 31,763 professionals came to Porte de Versailles, a significant increase on the previous edition (+6%). The highlights of Top Resa 2015 included the consecration of the Bird Office as a Start-Up IFTM Top Resa 2015 One of the main new features at this year's show was the "Cruise Village", followed by the "Parks Village" and the "Travel Village". "The 2015 edition brought a number of new features, the first being the holding of both shows in the same hall, followed by the creation of new areas, the 'Cruise Village', the 'Parks Village', and the 'Travel Hub by Amadeus'."" points out Thomas Desplanques. "By bringing together the entire industry, IFTM Top Resa-Map Pro has demonstrated its essential role in this sector," he adds.
