ITA: opening of two business fairs in Milan and Rome

ITA has just opened two new business lounges at Rome Fiumicino and Milan Linate airports. The Italian carrier is also introducing a new digital kiosk.

With the inauguration of the "Piazza di Spagna" and "Piazza della Scala" lounges, ITA is dedicating a further 1,400 m² to its business customers.

While speculation is rife about the capital ofITAthe Italian airline is working to enhance the travel experience for its business customers. This is illustrated by the opening of the "Piazza di Spagna" lounges at the airport. Rome Fiumicinoand Piazza della Scala in Milan Linateannounced on 19 January. It has taken up residence on the first floor of the Schengen boarding area, covering an area of more than 400 m². 54 seats are available. The Roman Piazza di Spagna lounge has 200 seats and covers an area of no less than 1,000 m². Business travellers will have access to meeting roomsThese can be booked before they arrive at Rome Fiumicino airport.

The two business lounges are accessible to Business passengers, Premium and Executive members of the Volare frequent flyer programme, and SkyTeam Elite Plus members.

Alongside these inaugurations, the Italian company has just launched a new digital kiosk. Developed in partnership with PressReader, it is available both on the ground and in-flight, free of charge. Once they have registered online, business travellers will receive an e-mail link giving them access to the kiosk for a period of 58 hours. The application also allows users to download the content of their choice for offline viewing. In total, the kiosk includes no less than 7,000 press titlescovering 120 countries in over 60 languages.
