Madrid: Iberia inaugurates the Velázquez lounge

Iberia has opened the doors to its new business showcase at Madrid airport: a completely refurbished Premium lounge for business travellers in terminal 4.

Iberia has renovated its lounge in T4 at Madrid airport, with a surface area of 2,500 m².

Larger and better equipped, Iberia's new Madrid lounge now covers an area of 2500 m²or 25% more than the previous version of the lounge. With such a large surface area, it can accommodate up to 500 business travellers at the same time, with an average of 1,200 guests a day.

Iberia's new Madrid lounge focuses on gastronomic offerings

Conveniently located in the airport's Terminal 4, the Velázquez Premium Lounge offers a significantly enhanced experience in terms of facilities, service and gastronomy. In fact, the space now includes a "Wine Library" with a selection of wines and spirits. 22 regional wines. This will be complemented by a catering offer on which the new show is counting heavily, and which will soon be extended to include a "Health Point to satisfy customers in search of healthy food. More gourmet, the Velázquez lounge is also more connected, with an unlimited Wi-Fi connection, numerous USB ports, and soon a Smart Touch TV. An open-plan area has also been designed to accommodate a meeting between two connecting flights.
