Dubai, Singapore, Cape Town, Casablanca, Amsterdam Mama Shelter will continue to expand in the world's major cities in the years ahead. However, the lifestyle brand founded by Serge Trigano and now part of the Accor group and its subsidiary Ennismore, is still counting on France to consolidate its growth. After Rennes, Dijon and Nice for the latest destinations, the brand with a quirky spirit has just announced a new hotel in France by 2028.
This time, Mama Shelter will not be setting up in an up-and-coming district of one of France's major cities, but in Val d'Europe, near Disneyland Parisfor its fourth establishment in the Paris region. While this location is obviously ideal for leisure guests, it will also have a more business-oriented vocation, as the future hotel will be part of a business complex offering 12,000 m² dedicated to flexible working.
Located in the Studios and Congresses district of Chessy, this project by Real Estate Development by Euro Disney is part of theexpansion of the Val d'Europe urban centre with a new office building managed by Insitu. " With the gradual blurring of the boundaries between home and business address, we are confident of the success of an operated office offering in Val d'Europe, where demand is strong." explains Pascal Fenasse, founder of this specialist in new workspaces and serviced offices.

The future complex, with its curved lines designed by Quadri Fiore Architecture and evocative of Miami's Art Deco architecture, will include offices as well as a number of other buildings, a 153-room lifestyle hotel with two restaurants, one of them on the rooftop, open to outside customers. At the same time, Insitu is adding a range of services for its professional residents, with a wellbeing and fitness area, a concierge service, an inter-company crèche and a symposium on the ground floor, as well as a tea room and a corporate catering concept inspired by the codes of the brasserie, called Food Hall.
