The MSC Grandiosa sets sail in the western Mediterranean

With twelve new cruise ships still to come, MSC Crociere is starting to operate the 17th ship in its fleet, the MSC Grandiosa.

From the shipyards of Saint-Nazairethe MSC Grandiosa becomes the new flagship of the Italian-Swiss company, capable of carrying up to 6,300 passengers with its 2,440 cabinsincluding 95 suites in the luxury MSC Yacht Club area. As for the corporate eventsThis giant of the seas offers a wide range of private spaces, with a host of theatres, lounges, themed bars and à la carte restaurants, whether Italian, Japanese, steakhouse or Spanish... Not forgetting the very French Café Bistrot, where 26 original prints by the Impressionist painter Édouard Degas are on display.

For groups of business tourismThe MSC Grandiosa is transformed into a huge playground for treasure hunts or original activities thanks to its F1 simulators, bowling alley, laser game, tree climbing course and multi-sports field. In terms of entertainment, passengers can look forward to two new shows from Cirque du Soleil at Sea. Until November 2020 departing from MarseilleEach week, the ship will visit the highlights of the Western Mediterranean, calling at Genoa, Civitavecchia (the port of Rome), Palermo, Valletta and Barcelona.
