The new generation of the American TripNavigator application presented on August 1 by Egencia benefits in particular from the technologies associated with the acquisition of Mobiata - the originator of the famous FlightTrack tool - at the end of 2010. The new interface incorporates a timeline compiling travel information, as well as the "AssistMe" tool facilitating contact with customer service, and the transfer of useful information to the travel consultant before the call, to improve the processing of requests. The aim is to improve the efficiency and personalisation of the service in order to improve the management of business travel.
