
The Radisson Group is promoting the incentive offer of its establishments through a partnership with the only association dedicated to reward travel, the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence. Or, more simply, SITE. The programme, called "Extra Mile Incentive Travel by Radisson Hotels", recognises nearly 200 of the group's establishments, in particular for memorable events. An in-house label of sorts, which highlights hotels that stand out for their location, design or, more generally, their general appeal and level of service, or their commitment to sustainability.
Located in Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, whether in bustling metropolises or resort destinations, establishments recognised as Extra Mile meet rigorous training standards developed in partnership with SITE. In each of these selected hotels, local teams are able to offer tailor-made solutionsFrom intimate meetings to gala dinners, from the exclusive use of a particular floor to the privatisation of the hotel according to guests' needs.
For the organisers and, by snowball effect, for the participants, the "Extra Mile Incentive Travel by Radisson Hotels" programme aims to provide stays that as inspiring as they are rewarding through authentic, immersive or hand-picked experiences. Starting with original culinary experiences, the most popular activity according to the latest Incentive Travel Index survey.
As part of this programme, nine eBooks designed in collaboration with SITE will be published every two months with adventure and well-being as the first theme, highlighting Radisson Group hotels focusing on these subjects. According to the Incentive Travel Index 2024 survey, incentive travel is becoming more and more popular. an expected part of the remuneration68 % of senior managers surveyed increasingly value them as a reward compared to previous generations, while 55 % see them as a key strategic differentiator or source of competitive advantage.
