The charges for exchanging SNCF tickets that come into force this month apply to leisure fares, but do not affect "pro" tickets. What's more, to make these exchanges, or simply to buy a ticket, the company is rolling out new software in 1,300 ticket machines, with more modern, tactile ergonomics. Since mid-March, transaction times have been accelerated, with less than two minutes to buy a ticket for immediate departure and one minute to collect a ticket already booked. Business customers also have direct access to Pro Express.
