Whereas previous strike action had rather concerned the SNCF and spared the Ile-de-France network, the mobilisation of the Thursday 10 November should have the opposite effect, significantly disrupting travel in Paris and the Ile-de-France region, while mainline trains will run normally and InterCités and TER trains will experience only minor disruption.
Commuters in Paris can expect a difficult day. RATP is inviting those who can to " to favour teleworking or to postpone their business trips" . The forecasts for the RERB are fairly similar, with 1 train in 2 at peak times and 1 train in 3 the rest of the time. For passengers travelling to Roissy, it should be noted that theinterconnection is interrupted at Gare du Nord station. Trains to/from Charles de Gaulle 2 Airport will depart from the surface station.
