How is the Appart'City network expanding?
Appart'City is a chain of 38 residences offering more than 7,000 fully-equipped rental units with à la carte hotel services. With a new range of furnishings and decoration, twelve residences will open in 2009 in France and one in Arlon, Belgium. In 2010, we plan to exceed a total of 70 residences, with a target of 140 residences by 2015. Our priority is to establish ourselves in the heart of France's major cities.
