" Le 25hours Hotel One Central is our most exotic project to date "This is how Christoph Hoffman, the founder of the brand 25hoursThat's how the newly inaugurated Dubai address sums up its positioning. It has to be said that the 434 rooms and suites has opted for an original approach. Claiming to be locally inspired, with hammocks and double waterfall showers in particular, the hotel has above all taken an original approach. retro positioning which contrasts with the modernity of the destination. As well as retro roll-top baths and analogue telephones, the 25hours Dubai is breaking new ground with its 'Analogue Upgrade' concept: at the guest's request, a trunk can be installed in the room, containing VHS, vinyl records - the hotel has over 500 LPs - typewriters and even Polaroids. Another curiosity is the Hakawati suite, linked by a secret staircase to two other rooms, and even featuring a DJ corner with a dance floor!
Exotic though it may be, this first 25hours establishment outside the European market is nonetheless focused on business customers, as demonstrated by its location close to the Dubai World Trade Centre and just a stone's throw from the Dubai International Finance Centre (DIFC). This strategic location has also led to the opening of two new addresses Marriott à Dubai. The hotel group has just inaugurated a hotel Aloft next to the international airport, coupled with the long-stay banner Element. Marriott is clearly counting on the complementary nature of the two brands, particularly in Dubai, where the same combo was inaugurated less than ten kilometres away last May. These two new addresses respectively add 230 rooms and 89 studiosThe Aloft hotel also has a rooftop swimming pool.
" We are delighted to further expand our presence in the United Arab Emirates with the opening of two new properties next to one of the world's fastest-growing airports "Sandeep Walia, Middle East Operations Director for Marriott International. " Aloft and Element offer distinct hospitality experiences at an attractive price, appealing to business and leisure travellers as well as residents thanks to their innovative programming and interactive spaces. "he adds.
Dorchester plans to open The Lana in Dubai at the end of 2022
And if these three new addresses weren't enough to satisfy the expectations of the most demanding business travellers, the luxury hotel business is also coming to Dubai. Dorchester Collection has just formalised a project called The Lanawhich is due to be inaugurated during the last quarter of 2022 in the Burj Khalifa. The facility will accommodate 225 rooms including 69 suites, just twenty minutes from the airport hub. All crowned by a vast rooftop swimming pool... " The Lana is one of the most eagerly awaited hotel openings in 20 years "says Christopher Cowdray, CEO of Dorchester Collection. He continues: " Lana is one of the most eagerly awaited hotel openings of 2022, thanks to its incredible design and superb location in one of the world's most important cities. ".
